Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your data removed from Eonstar systems, email us at support@eonstar.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the email address, Threads/Instagram username, or client workspace associated with your request so we can identify the relevant records.

After receiving a valid request, we will delete stored account data, conversation records, and related operational logs unless retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.
